Sentai Violet

This article is about a set of Rangers in the Super Sentai series.

The Violet Sentai Ranger (菫戦隊レンジャー, Sumire Sentai Renjā) or Violet Warrior (菫戦士, Sumire Senshi), alternatively known as the Purple Sentai Ranger (紫戦隊レンジャー, Murasaki Sentai Renjā) or Purple Warrior (紫戦士, Murasaki Senshi), is a position given to few warriors in the Super Sentai Series. Violet Rangers are often mentors or technicians for the main team, but as of late have been enemies turned allies.

List of Sentai Violet Rangers[]

• Flower Ninja Ran is a cat transformed into the Purple Orchid of the Flowery Kunoichi Team in Ninja Sentai Kakuranger.
• Dark Magic Knight Wolzard (voiced by Tsutomu Isobe) is the evil form of Heavenly Saint Blagel in Mahou Sentai Magiranger.
• Gou Fukami (Riki Miura) is GekiViolet in Juken Sentai Gekiranger. The older brother of Retsu Fukami who was believed to be killed, but instead survived and wandered for 15 years in a uncontrollable werewolf form. He didn't become GekiViolet until sometime after he regained his human form.
• Though not Violet Rangers themselves, Don Dogoier (Gokai Green), have only changed into past Violet Rangers via the Ranger Keys in Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger.
• Doctor Woorushade (Shigeru Chiba) is Kyoryu Violet in Zyuden Sentai Kyoryuger.
  • Later, his granddaughter Yayoi Woorushade (Marie Iitoyo) becomes the second Kyoryu Violet
  • Yayoi was succeeded by Uppy (Atsushi Maruyama) as Kyoryu Violet one-hundred years later. TV STORY-Zyuden Sentai Kyoryuger: 100 YEARS AFTER
• The Conductor (Tsutomu Sekine) is ToQ 7gou in Ressha Sentai ToQger   TV STORY-Ressha Sentai ToQger Returns: Super ToQ 7gou of Dreams
• Shou Ronpo (Hiroshi Kamiya) is Ryu Commander in Uchu Sentai Kyuranger. This form succeeded his initial and incomplete Ryu Violet form. Originally just a member of the Rebellion, his power up happened when the other 9 Kyutama upgraded his incomplete Kyutama, because of his actions.
• When combined by Cube Condor's illusion, Yamato Kazakiri (Masaki Nakao) and Bud (Kohei Murakami) are Zyuoh Condor in Doubutsu Sentai Zyuohger.
• Nada (Seiya Osada) is the current user of the Gaisoulg armor in Kishiryu Sentai Ryusoulger.
  • Gaisoulg (Tomokazu Seki) was a living armor with evil sentience. It was originally used by Valma (Shiro Sano). TV STORY-Kishiryu Sentai Ryusoulger The Movie: Time Slip! Dinosaur Panic!!
  • It was later used by Master Green. When the armor was gradually possessing Master Green, Master Green fled Earth and died somewhere else in outer space, releasing Gaisoulg from him. TV STORY-Ep. 30: Overthrow! High Spec

  • Captain Marvelous (Ryota Ozawa) allowed it to possess him to find Luka and Takaharu. Rita donned the Gaisoulg armor until she was defeated. TV STORY-Final Battle: Heading Towards Tomorrow!
  • The current user of the Gaisoulg armor in Kishiryu Sentai Ryusoulger is Nada (Seiya Osada) TV STORY-Ep. 30: Overthrow! High Spec and Koh (Hayate Ichinose) helped break the curse of the Gaisoulg armor by baiting Gaisoulg towards him and the armor was purified by the power of the Jack-o'-lantern Minosaur. • Sakito Homura (Yu Miyazawa) is Bun Violet in Bakuage Sentai Boonboomger. Leaving Earth at the age of 10, he travels through space alongside his companion Byun Diesel to become the greatest "settler" in the universe.
