Villains in Super Sentai who didn't grow giant due to various reasons, but mainly because their Growing methods are intercepted by the rangers or ineffective due to circumstance outside their control. While most of villains fought with mecha battle, but actually didn't grow giant. This list doesn't include evil rangers who didn't grow giant, but only with mecha forms.
