This category is for Rangers whose voiced are dubbed over by a different actor than their physical actor. Aside from special cases such as James Navarro, these Rangers typically are extraterrestials or robots portrayed with suits that do not resemble humans. Rangers who temporarily swap voices with another character (such as Levi Weston swapping voices with General Tynamon) do not count. However, non-human rangers who became human and as such no longer required a voice actor, such as Steel, are eligible for this category. Rangers whose human disguises are portrayed by their voice actors (Psycho Red, Psycho Black, and Psycho Yellow) also are eligible as these are not their natural forms and were merely disguises given to them.
