Notes[]
- The OtomoNins have their own unique insignia based on a four-point shuriken, much like the Ninningers' insignia. Some of the notable insignia locations include (but are not limited to): the red lantern details on Shurikenjin's arm OtomoNin components (Dumpmaru, Dragomaru and Shinobimaru), and the Byunmaru components' ankle details; the various lantern details found on Lion Ha-Oh; Surfermaru's submarine hatch, the tip of the surfboard, the head crest, and the left thigh; and UFOmaru's shoulders. The OtomoNins that make up Gekiatsu Dai-Oh also feature these insignia among their flame details, as well as various other places on their bodies.
- The head crests of Lion Ha-Oh, Shurikenjin, Shurikenjin Paon, Shurikenjin Surfer, and Shurikenjin Dino also feature this insignia, with the latter three featuring unique variations of this insignia based on the respective OtomoNin's theme.
- Within the context of the Ninninger toyline, BisonKing's thighs featured tampographs of these insignia in pink and silver to reference which of its legs attach to Shurikenjin's legs for the King Shurikenjin form.
