Masked Monsters

This article is about a monster group in Himitsu Sentai Gorenger.

The Masked Monsters (仮面怪人, Kamen Kaijin) are the field agents of the Black Cross Army, causing many types of mayhem wherever they go. They are mainly humanoid machines with strange masks that represent their ability and skills in the field, with the ability to continuously upgrade themselves through the continued research and developments of the Black Cross Army. TV STORY-Ep. 5: Green Anger, Immortal Gas-Person These humanoids can have abilities to change into other objects in order to help with infiltration or investigations or to assist in their chaos-causing objectives.

Near the end of their reign, Masked Monsters began to be experimented into being cyborgs created from humans. TV STORY-Ep. 83: Orange First Love!! The Roaring Megalopolis

Masked Monsters who worked as independent agents not associated with any of the Black Cross' generals directly, usually reporting directly to the Black Cross Führer himself, starting with the five original Masked Monsters who destroyed the five EAGLE bases throughout Japan. While mostly this pertains to Masked Monsters prior to the usage of generals, several Masked Monsters after the introduction of the generals were not seen affiliated with them.
