Humanity or Mankind (人類 Jinrui), individually humans (ニンゲン Ningen), are the main species of both Power Rangers and Super Sentai, primarily native to Earth, where they are known as Earthlings (地球人 Chikyūjin). Humanity is the constant target of attack from various forces of evil, but are safeguarded by either the Power Rangers or Super Sentai teams depending on the franchise. Almost every Ranger from both shows is human, aside from a few exceptions.
The human body is mostly composed of water.
