This article is about a set of rangers in Kagaku Sentai Dynaman. |
- "Explode! Kagaku Sentai Dynaman! (
爆 発 !科 学 戦 隊 ダイナマン! Bakuhatsu! Kagaku Sentai Dainaman!)" - ―Dynamen announcing their arrival[src]
The Kagaku Sentai Dynaman (科学戦隊ダイナマン Kagaku Sentai Dainaman), individually known as the Dynamen (ダイナマン Dainaman), are the 7th Super Sentai, or on occasion, referred to as the 5th team. (See notes) They were originally formed by Dr. Kyutaro Yumeno, the founder of the Yumeno Invention Center, to fight the Tailed-People Clan Jashinka Empire.
Team History
Dynamen
to be added
Turboranger
Dynaman joined up with Battle Fever, Denzimen, Sun Vulcan, Goggle-V, Biomen, Changemen, Flashmen, Maskmen, and the Livemen, to stand behind the newest Sentai, the Turborangers, as they faced off against the Hundred Boma Tribes. TV STORY-Counting on You! Turboranger
Gokaiger
Years later, the Space Empire Zangyack invaded Earth. This threat was so great that all of the first 34 Super SenDynamen unmorphed.pngtai, including Dynaman, were needed to oppose them. The 34 Sentai put up a valiant fight against the ground forces, but when the Zangyack fleet itself attacked them, Akarenger told everyone to combine their powers and save the Earth. This destroyed the Zangyack fleet and resulted in the loss of their powers, which resurfaced as Ranger Keys, that were dispersed throughout the universe.
The keys were collected by AkaRed, and later utilized by the 35th Super Sentai, the Gokaigers, a group of five people from different planets who came to Earth in search of the Greatest Treasure in the Universe. TV STORY-Ep. 1: The Space Pirates Appear When the Gokaigers joined forces with the Goseigers against the revived Black Cross Führer, now known as the Black Cross King, they were addressed by Akarenger, along with several other representatives of past Sentai teams, including Rei, who told them she is sure the other Super Sentai will respond to their strength, telling to explode their rage for the sake of the future's dreams. As with the other legends present, she granted the greater power of her team to the Gokaigers. TV STORY-Gokaiger Goseiger Super Sentai 199 Hero Great Battle Rei and her team presumably got their powers back when the Gokaigers returned the Ranger Keys before leaving Earth after finally defeating the Zangyack. TV STORY-Final Ep.: Farewell Space Pirates
Super Hero Taisen
The Dynamen, among the majority of the Super Sentai heroes, were caught up in the "Super Hero Taisen" incident. They were presumably sent to the dimensional rift, under the pretense of being defeated, by Kamen Rider Decade while he was apparently hunting the Sentai teams. When his and Captain Marvelous' ruse was revealed, Dynaman appeared with the other Super Sentai through the dimensional wall, they then fought alongside all the other Sentai teams and Kamen Riders against the alliance of Dai-Shocker and Dai-Zangyack. Zyuohger
The Space Pirates Return
Evidently, the Dynamen loaned their Ranger Keys - at the request of Gai Ikari - to the Gokaigers whom had temporarily returned to Earth to find and bestow the Great King's Credential to the Zyuohgers. TV STORY-Ep. 28: The Space Pirates Return Their powers were returned when the Gokaigers left for space once more having achieved their quest. TV STORY-Ep. 29: The Monarch of the Monarchs
Zyuohger vs. Ninninger
DynaRed appeared as part of a conference of the first 38 Reds whom addressed the Ninningers and Zyuohgers. TV STORY-Doubutsu Sentai Zyuohger vs. Ninninger: Message from the Future from Super Sentai
Chou Super Hero Taisen
Iterations of the Kagaku Sentai Dynaman existed within the Game World among a countless complement of recreated Sentai and Rider characters; DynaRed participated in the Chou Super Hero Taisen tournament as part of Sentai All Red. TV STORY-Kamen Rider × Super Sentai: Chou Super Hero Taisen
Zenkaiger
A Manifestation of the Dynamen team was summoned by Zenkaizer through the Dynaman Sentai Gear which allowed him to perform DynaPink's Rose Finale attack against Stacaesar. TV STORY-No. 28-kai! Weekly Shonen Manga World of Great Illustrations!
The manifestation of the full Dynamen team returned 18 episodes later which allowed Zenkaizer to use a parabolic Megaphone to defend against Bat World's Blood-Sucking Soundwave attack. TV STORY-No. 46-kai! A Little God Who Jumped Out!

Notes
- In reference to the show itself and the order it appears, Dynaman is considered the 7th Super Sentai Season. Later seasons such as Gokaiger and Zenkaiger also consider it the 7th. However, other material such as those created circa Liveman refers to it as the 5th team, as confirmed in the first episode of Turboranger.
- This is the first Sentai team to have the suits be made out of spandex as opposed to the cloth suits worn by their predecessors.
- This is also the first Sentai team to lack scarves.
- They are the first team to wield sidearms that change from a blaster into a melee weapon.
- In the American parody dub, Wooshi (Hokuto), Huba (Ryu), Franky (Yousuke), Cowboy (Kousaku) and Slojin (Rei) were the names used.
- Although no true Dynaman reunion has occurred, both Jyunichi Haruta and Sayoko Hagiwara have appeared together twice in two separate 2010s Sentai, both playing different characters.
- In Gokaiger Goseiger Super Sentai 199 Hero Great Battle, Hagiwara returns to her role as Rei Tachibana, but Haruta instead portrays Hoshikawa's immediate black predecessor, Kanpei Kuroda of Goggle-V
- In the forty-third episode of Zyuden Sentai Kyoryuger, both portray the parents of Souji Rippukan (Kyoryu Green).
