Circumstance: Sacrifices himself

Executioner: None

The first to be killed was the original Magna Defender. While he was able to get his revenge against Scorpius, the Torozord had disengaged Defender Torozord mode. He was intent on destroyingScorpion Stinger, and Terra Venture as well, but the zord didn't agree with this course of action. Then the ghost of Magna Defender's son,Zika, appeared and convinced him to act with righteousness. Realising his mistake, he released Mike of their connection, then he managed to face the fire (which causes him terrible damage and pain) until he reached the pit. Finally, he turned his body into a spirit, went into the pit and imploded inside it. The energy disturbance is gone and the colony is saved.

Episode: The Power of Pink

Circumstance: Sacrifices herself

Executioner: Explosion

On the rescue, both pinkless teams of Power Rangers engaged battle with their respective megazords against a power boosted Psycho Pink in giant monster form. During the battle, the Savage Sword's continuous draining of power from Cassie's morpher causes her terrible suffering. Fearful of seeing her partner dying, Kendrixdecided to destroy the sword by herself in spite of Cassie's protests. She managed to pass, with pain, the energy barrier emitted by the sword, then slashed it with her saber causing an explosion. The well of energy is gone, the sword cut in two,Cassie's morpher is repaired. When the others finally defeated Psycho Pink and arrived, that was too late: the Pink Galaxy Ranger was gone. But the spirit of Kendrix remained linked with her Quasar Saber; she told to her friends that's everything will be well for her, then disappears with her saber into the sky.

Alex's fall

Jen and the other officers discovered Ransik wants to get his hands on the cryo prison; 

however, Alex was the first one at the spot but his presence was detected by Ransik. Before they travelled in time, this last 

one wants "One bit about unfinished buisness" from his subordinates. He showed himself to the Red ranger, they engaged a battle. When the officers finally arrived, Ransik gave the deathblow to his opponent and then left. Alex made Jen swear to let never Ransik get out of it like that, then he died.

Officer Tate's fall

Red ranger's last rescue before going down.

Episode: Reflection (1)

Circumstance: Fallen in battle

Executioner: Mirloc

Officer Tate was the first (known) Red Ranger from SPD, and was considered as the best. At this time, Mirloc was running rampant. During one such time, Tate managed to save some civilians caught in the crossfire, then went back to apprehend Mirloc, but was felled by the criminal. How he was killed was unknown.
