The Majin (魔人, Majin) are the monsters of the Space Pirates Barban in Seiju Sentai Gingaman.

History[]

The Majin are criminals and roughnecks that were captivated by the power of Demon Beast Daitanix. Once under Captain Zahab's banner, the Majin butted heads and formed cliques, forming the four Armies.

The Sambash Majin Gang, led by Gun Boss Sambash.
The Budoh Majin Mob and the Four Shoguns, led by Samurai General Budoh.
The Iliess Majin Tribe, led by Spectral Empress Iliess.
The Battobas Majin Corps and the Battobas Special Squad, led by Destruction King Battobas.

Much like the Barban leadership, the Majins were sealed 3,000 years ago from the actions of the first Gingamen. The four Majin Armies were deployed one at a time to avoid as much conflict within each other as possible. Each of the Majin grow bigger by drinking Barban Extract from division-specific casks, which shortens the lifespan of the drinker, forcing the growing as a last resort. The Majins also share similar general animal motifs and gang design theme with their division leaders.
