Ayayser

This article is about a classification of villainous mecha in No.1 Sentai Gozyuger.

The Ayayser (アイアイサー, Aiaisā) are a series of bell-themed Dress Guards, each piloted by a golden Combatant Ai.

Overview[]

The Ayaysers are bell-shaped Dress Guards generated by Bouquet. Though the units share the same structure, each individual one is equipped with different emblems weapons befitting the golden Combatant Ai piloting them.

Following the re-emergence of the Abyssal Calamity Cladis starting with Bellum, Bouquet upgraded the Ayaysers, giving them the ability to transform into flight modes and mass-producing each individual unit to increase the Bridans' numbers. TV STORY-Ep. 35: Transform!! You Too Can Become Younger

• Ayayser's design is based on church bells.

Etymology[]

• "Ayayser" is a pun on "Aye aye, sir." On the Japanese side, it is also a pun based on "ai-ai sa"/"It's love", and is one letter away from "aiaigasa"/"(lovers') shared umbrella".
  • Each individual Ayayser is named after a plant.

Notes[]

• Each Ayayser shares an emblem that references a previous Super Sentai team with its golden Ai pilot.
