Karakuri Hengen

The 3-Stage Ninja Attack Karakuri Hengen (三段忍撃カラクリヘンゲン Midan Ningeki Karakuri Hengen, lit. "Clockwork Transformer" (絡繰り変幻 Karakuri Hengen)) is a giant 4-point shuriken that the core Ninningers carry with them. The Karakuri Hengen is able to change into three different weapon forms, all marked with their respective kanji: the Karakuri Hengen Sword (カラクリヘンゲン刀 Karakuri Hengen Katana), a short sword; the Karakuri Hengen Bow (カラクリヘンゲン弓 Karakuri Hengen Yumi), which allows any Ninninger to fire energy arrows; and the Karakuri Hengen Claw (カラクリヘンゲン爪 Karakuri Hengen Tsume), a tri-claw designed for swift stabs.

To activate the finisher, a Ninninger needs to place a Nin Shuriken into the middle of the weapon, making the weapon announce "The Karakuri!" (ザ・カラクリ！ Za Karakuri!), allowing the Karakuri Hengen to announce, depending on which mode it was in, "Sword Transformer Slash!" (刀変幻斬! Katana Hengen Zan!), making the blade glow the same color as the Ninninger wielding it, "Bow Transformer Shot!" (弓変幻射! Yumi Hengen Sha!), making it fire an arrow glowing in the same color as the Ninninger that fired it, or "Claw Transformer Rend!" (爪変幻裂! Tsume Hengen Retsu!), making the claws glow the same color as the Ninninger wielding it.

When fighting Youkai Tsuchigumo, the Ninningers combined the 3 finishers into one, by having ShiroNinger and MomoNinger shooting their arrows, allowing AoNinger and KiNinger to catch their shots with their blades, and send it skyward, allowing AkaNinger to strike the mixing energies to make it form a five-toned shuriken that then flies at the opponent.

When AkaNinger uses the Karakuri Hengen while riding OtomoNin Shinobimaru, Shinobimaru is armed with its own larger Karakuri Hengen. This was used in Shuriken Sentai Ninninger The Movie: The Dinosaur Lord's Splendid Ninja Scroll! to shoot the horn on OtomoNin Dinomaru, breaking the curse on Tatsunosuke Hakkaku.

Star Sword-Gun

The Guitar Ningeki Star Sword-Gun (ギター忍撃スターソードガン Gitā Ningeki Sutā Sōdo Gan) is the personal weapon of StarNinger, in which it combines three types of equipment into a single weapon.

The weapon itself has two modes: Sword Mode (剣モード Ken Mōdo) and Gun Mode (銃モード Jū Mōdo) in which to launch attacks, greatly maximizing the range of attacks that the weapon can utilize to deal on enemies and Youkai alike due to how easy it is to switch modes, which is a simple switching of the grip. It also strums like an actual electric guitar.

To utilize attacks, the dual-element Furai Nin Shuriken is placed right on the sound hole compartment of the weapon before strumming it to activate their corresponding Shuriken Ninja Art jutsus.

When controlling Rodeomaru to make it control the Bison Buggy, StarNinger places the Star Sword-Gun on the wall behind him. Like the core Ninningers, StarNinger uses the Star Sword-Gun as a medium for using BisonKing's finishers.

Finishers

To activate the finishers on the Star Sword-Gun, StarNinger presses the red tab-like button on the Sword-Gun, making it announce "The Attack!" (ザ・アタック! Za Atakku!), then spinning the Nin Shuriken currently in the slot on the Sword-Gun. Depending on how StarNinger is using his weapon, the Sword-Gun can announce "Ninja Slash" (忍者スラッシュ Ninja Surasshu) if in Sword Mode, or "Ninja Shot" (忍者ショット Ninja Shotto) if in Gun Mode just before the final blow is struck.

  • Shuriken Ninja Art Secret Technique: Wind Rockstar (手裏剣忍法奥義・ウィンドロックスター Shuriken Ninpō Ōgi - Windo Rokkusutā): This requires the Furai Nin Shuriken to be in its Wind Setting to be performed. StarNinger envelops himself in a blue hurricane, then rushes at the target, and bombards it with multiple slashes, rotating around the target while doing so.
  • Shuriken Ninja Art Secret Technique: Lightning Rockstar (手裏剣忍法奥義・ライトニングロックスター Shuriken Ninpō Ōgi - Raitoningu Rokkusutā): This requires the Furai Nin Shuriken to be in its Lightning Setting to be performed. StarNinger fires a blast of lightning at his target. During the first usage of this finisher, it was used to enhance AoNinger's Ninja Violent Slash.
  • Shuriken Ninja Art Secret Technique: Dynamic Western Rockstar (手裏剣忍法奥義・ダイナミックウエスタンロックスター Shuriken Ninpō Ōgi - Dainamikku Uesutan Rokkusutā): Tvicon TV STORY-Shuriken Sentai Ninninger: AkaNinger vs. StarNinger Hundred Nin Battle!

On occasion, the Ninningers have been shown to utilize the weapons of past ninja heroes.

Secret Sword Kakuremaru

While fighting the Youkai which had emerged on Hyakki Yakou, AkaNinger used the Secret Sword Kakuremaru, originally wielded by his Kakuranger predecessor NinjaRed, to destroy a group of 24 Dorodoros. Tvicon TV STORY-Shuriken Sentai Ninninger: AkaNinger vs. StarNinger Hundred Nin Battle!

Shuriken's Bat

While fighting the Youkai which had emerged on Hyakki Yakou, StarNinger used the Shuriken's Bat, originally wielded by his Hurricaneger predecessor Shurikenger, to destroy a group of 15 Genin Magerappa. Tvicon TV STORY-Shuriken Sentai Ninninger: AkaNinger vs. StarNinger Hundred Nin Battle!

Optical-magnetized Light Vacuum Sword

Accessed through the ninja Metal Hero's Nin Shuriken, AkaNinger Chozetsu wielded the Optical-magnetized Light Vacuum SwordIcon-crosswiki belonging to JiraiyaIcon-crosswiki while fighting the Advanced Yokai Konaki-jiji. Tvicon TV STORY-Shinobi 34: Enter Jiraiya, Legendary World Ninja!

Gama Gama Gun

The Kaikou Ninpou Gama Gama Guns (開口忍砲ガマガマ銃 Kaikō Ninpō Gama Gama Jū, lit. "Opening Ninja Gun Frog Frog Gun") are the main pistol weapons of the five Ninningers, modeled after a frog. They can also be used as the detector of any new Youkai birth, to which they sound the alarm by ribbiting (ケロケロ Gerogero).

To activate the finisher, a Ninninger inserts a Nin Shuriken into the back of the gun, making the mouth open to make a barrel in the shape of a frog's tongue pop out and the gun to announce "The Gama!" (ザ・ガマ！ Za Gama!, lit. "The Frog"), and to chant "Gama" (ガマ) repeatedly until the trigger is pulled, making it announce "Bang bang bang, Ninja Ichigeki!" (バンバンバン、忍者一撃！ , lit. Ninja Strike), where the gun fires a laser in the color and shape of a frog's tongue that homes in onto the target and pierces it.

A Gama Gama Gun is also wielded by Tsumuji Igasaki when he eventually becomes his own AkaNinger. Tvicon TV STORY-Shinobi 46: The Last Shuriken Appears!
