Demon Thunder is voiced by Yuji Kishi (岸 祐二 Kishi Yūji)[1], who previously portrayed Kyosuke Jinnai/Red Racer in Gekisou Sentai Carranger. His suit actor is Riichi Seike (清家 利一 Seike Riichi).

Etymology[]
Demon Thunder’s name is a reference to actor Matt Damon, who starred in the car movie Ford vs. Ferrari, as well as the 1990 movie Days of Thunder.
