Cat Can Ligany (ネコカンリガニー Neko Kan Riganī, 41) is a cat food-themed Ligany Type Jamen Beast of the Dark Empire Yodonheim. It was released by the invasion gate created from the dark energy gathered by Maneki-neko Jamen.
History
After the whole cat humans started going mad, Cat Can Ligany was summoned by Yodonna as it started to make the city into a cat's playground. In response to this, Takamichi brought out his GigantDriller to battle the Cat Can Ligany while the other Kiramagers handle the situation down below.
After Juru was freed from the spell, he spotted the GigantDriller battling against Cat Can Ligany as it used its own tongue to whip attack the mecha.
Later, the Cat Can Ligany was right on top of the GigantDriller as it began to scratch it to shove the beast off with his drill, but the Cat Can Ligany landed perfectly on its two feet like a cat. Due to this, Takamichi came up with an idea as the mecha itself was reverted to vehicle mode as it began to drill under the earth to find water. Using it, it soaked both the Cat Can Ligany and the Maneki-neko Jamen before both were destroyed by the Wonder Drill Break technique.

- Prehensile Tongue: Cat Can Ligany can stretch out its fish-like tongue and use it like a whip for offense.
- Agility: Cat Can Ligany was hit by GigantDriller, which sent it flying, but it managed to land on its feet.
