The robot simply referred to as Cassie, or Robo Cassie, is an android duplicate of Cassie Chan who served as the third Pink Turbo Ranger of the Turbo Rangers and her original's alternate on the planet Eltar. She is part of the experiment that created the Robot Rangers.
Retroactively, she is also referred to as Turbo Pink Ranger.
History[]
Turbo[]
Robo Cassie was created by Zordon and Alpha 5 in the planet Eltar and sent to Earth for experimentation. Her template was the original human Cassie and her power set was that of the Pink Turbo Ranger. The human Turbo Rangers assisted in her and the other Rangers' participation in the experiment.
As part of the experiment, Cassie was fully aware of her true robot state but kept it from Justin who was their controlled subject at the time. Justin however discovered that Cassie was a robot when she sided with Ashley and T.J.'s robot forms upon his discovery of their true nature.
In keeping with her template's interests and presumably to keep up appearances, Cassie took tennis lessons with Bulk and Skull. Cassie also suffered from damage which she registered as getting 'hurt', same as the other Robot Rangers.
Along with the other Rangers, she battled at least two monsters, which were Flashhead and Voltmeister using the arsenal of the Turbo Rangers along with the Rescue Megazord (on Flashhead). Once the experiment was done, signaled in part by the robot Justin coming to terms with his robot self, the Rangers were called back to Eltar to help Zordon and Alpha 5, with Dimitria noting that someday they may come back to aid the Rangers in another battle.

Super Megaforce[]

Emperor Mavro was defeated, but the remaining thousands of X Borgs still stand. Tommy gathered all the existing Power Rangers, Robot Cassie returned with her fellow Turbo Rangers as part of the army of Legendary Rangers led by Tommy that helped the Mega Rangers defeat the Armada once and for all, fighting in a huge battle against hundreds of X Borgs and dozens of Bruisers. After the demise of the X Borgs, Tommy shook hands with Troy and teleported off along with Robot Cassie and the Legendary Rangers. She then returns to Eltar. TV STORY-Legendary Battle
Afterwords, Robo Cassie gave the Pink Turbo Ranger powers back to Katherine Hillard, who had them when Lord Draven captured her and used them to create evil Robo Pink Rangers.
HyperForce[]
While the HyperForce Rangers are seeing the destruction of Emperor Marvo, they also witness the arrival of every Legendary Power Ranger including Cassie (Robot) and the other Turbo/Robot Rangers, and the start of the Legendary Battle. TV STORY-Stage 4: The Armada
Dino Fury[]
Zayto activates the Legendary Ranger Database, showing Master Blue that Master Green came to them after the Dinohenge statues were destroyed and restored them to normal. Also, Zayto says that he found Ranger teams who were saved in their darkest moments through unexplained reasons and shows them three specific moments. Including the Legendary Battle where all the Legendary Rangers including Robot Cassie and the other Turbo Rangers coming to the aid of the Megaforce Rangers in the Legendary Battle and helping them defeat an entire army of the Armada's X Borgs.
