Casey Rhodes is the Jungle Fury Red Ranger and leader of the Jungle Fury Rangers.

History

Shattered Grid

When events set into motion by Lord Drakkon caused the timeline to split into pocket universe, each anchored on a powerset. The Jungle Fury Rangers were split off into their own pocket universe. COMIC STORY- Mighty Morphin Power Rangers 2018 Annual

Lily and Casey fight against Tyrannosaurus Sentries at the Jungle Karma Pizza.

Zordon and Alpha 5 patch Jen Scotts’ technology with Zordon’s teleportation technology, sending a warning across time and space to all the various Ranger groups. Lily and Casey morph into their Ranger forms and are seen battling against Tyrannosaurus Sentries at the ruined Jungle Karma Pizza. COMIC STORY- Mighty Morphin Power Rangers (Boom! Studios) Issue 27 It's unknown what became of her fate after Drakkon conquered Ocean Bluff.

Casey's timeline is later restored by the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers after they defeated Drakkon.

Darkest Hour

The Jungle Fury Rangers are seen as Dark Specter spreads his infection throughout the Morphin Grid.

Mistress Vile spreads Dark Specter's infection throughout the Morphin Grid, reaching Ranger teams from across time and space.

After Kiya Kyatyl destroys the Master Arch in Safehaven, Mistress Vile gifts Dark Specter a staff that allows him to breach the Morphin Grid. The Jungle Fury Rangers are seen among a multitude of other Ranger teams as Dark Specter opens a portal into the Grid and spreads his infection further. HyperForce

While the HyperForce Rangers are seeing the destruction of Emperor Marvo, they also witness the arrival of every Legendary Power Ranger including Casey and the other Jungle Fury Rangers, and the start of the Legendary Battle. TV STORY-Stage 4: The Armada

Powers

• Tiger Animal Spirit: Despite having no training at the Pai Zhuq Academy, Casey was able to manifest early signs of his animal spirit to defend himself from Jarrod, which prompted Master Mao to choose him along with Theo and Lily. Casey eventually learned to release his animal spirit on command after becoming a Ranger. His spirit was powerful enough to beat the Shark Spirit of Master Finn during his final test. Casey was also able to briefly stop Dai Shi himself to rescue Jarrod and Camille.

Abilities

• Master Martial Artist: While previously lacking any formal training, Casey was revealed to be a quick learner when he became a Ranger, getting progressively better and reaching the same level of martial arts expertise of his fellow teammates fairly quickly while being trained by RJ. He was also trained to use Junglechucks by Theo, which he later combined with his animal spirit to create devastating attacks. Following Dai Shi's defeat, Casey became an official master and years later was able to pass his knowledge to two other Rangers.
