The Fabricated Invitee (偽りの招待客 Itsuwari no Shōtaikyaku) is the sixth episode of Mirai Sentai Timeranger. It features a major turning point in the relations between Tatsuya Asami & his father, Wataru.

Synopsis

In order to track down a thief, Tatsuya must use his family name to get his teammates into a party to track her down in spite of his separation from his father.

Plot

At the start of the episode, a jewel thief named Rouge impersonates a store manager, making away with a necklace for Lira. Meanwhile, the Timerangers discover she has been released from cryostasis & come up with a plan to infiltrate a party where the robber will be attending.

Despite Tatsuya's reluctance, Domon convinces him to get the team into the party & they begin patrolling the ship, with Yuri finding the woman who Rouge will disguise herself as. The manages to slip away from the Timerangers just as Tatsuya's parents attend the party. While Tatsuya is confronted by his father, his teammates manage to catch Rouge & get ready to battle her. Wataru Asami (Tatsuya's father) confronts him over the family name & Tatsuya officially denounces his affiliation with his father's name, running off to join the other Timerangers in battle.

After recapturing Rouge, the episode ends.
