The episode begins with the Timerangers settling into their new home. Meanwhile, Gien introduces the monster of the week, Keys, who was imprisoned for 5 decades after stealing 30 billion in cash. Tatsuya assigns the other Timerangers jobs based on their specialties, but Ayase is being secretive and isolates himself from the other rangers. The Londerz family begins to rob armored cars and in response, the Timerangers set up a decoy vehicle to lure out Keys. Tatsuya and Ayase outrun Keys after he possesses a car with his tentacles and chases them down. Ayase reveals he was a pro racer as Keys recovers from his crash.
Ayase begins to open up to Tatsuya, but Keys interrupts them and attempts to run them over. The rest of the team intervenes to protect Ayase and Tatsuya, with TimeBlue revealing he was carrying cases of rocks the whole time. Once TimeRed and Blue transform, Keys summons Zenits and the battle begins. During the fight, Time Red and Blue use a unique attack where the two of them spin around Keys and slash him rapidly. The Timerangers build the Voltech Bazooka for the first time and attempt to freeze Keys, but he tears off the mutant patch to counter the freeze compression and grow giant. A mysterious figure sends in the TimeJets to stop the giant monster. After Keys is captured, Tatsuya reveals the name of their new company and everyone is happy, but Ayase returns to his reluctance to drive.
At the end of the episode, a teaser for Case File 4 shows Sion expressing his love for everyone and self doubt in his abilities, along with a new monster and the episode title.
