The robot simply referred to as Carlos, or Robo Carlos, is an android duplicate of Carlos Vallerte who served as the third Green Turbo Ranger of the Turbo Rangers and his original's alternate on the planet Eltar. He is part of the experiment that created the Robot Rangers.
Retroactively, he is also referred to as Turbo Green Ranger.
History[]
Turbo[]
Robo Carlos was created by Zordon and Alpha 5 in the planet Eltar and sent to Earth for experimentation. His template was the original human Carlos and his power set was that of the Green Turbo Ranger. The human Turbo Rangers assisted in his and the other Rangers' participation in the experiment.
As part of the experiment, Carlos was fully aware of his true robot state but kept it from Justin who was their controlled subject at the time. Justin however discovered that Carlos was a robot when Carlos was injured and his face fell off, revealing a circuitboard.
In keeping with his template's interests and presumably to keep up appearances, Carlos continued with the original Carlos' homework, which he asked Justin to assist him with. Carlos also suffered from damage which he registered as getting 'hurt', even just by getting hit on the nose with a door.
Along with the other Rangers, he battled at least two monsters, which were Flashhead and Voltmeister using the arsenal of the Turbo Rangers along with the Rescue Megazord (on Flashhead). Once the experiment was done, signaled in part by the robot Justin coming to terms with his robot self, the Rangers were called back to Eltar to help Zordon and Alpha 5, with Dimitria noting that someday they may come back to aid the Rangers in another battle.

Super Megaforce[]

Emperor Mavro was defeated, but the remaining thousands of X Borgs still stand. Robo Carlos returned with his fellow Turbo Rangers and existing Power Rangers, as part of the army of Legendary Rangers led by Tommy as the Green Mighty Morphin Power Ranger, that helped the Mega Rangers defeat the Armada once and for all, fighting in a huge battle against hundreds of X Borgs and dozens of Bruisers. After the demise of the X Borgs, Tommy shook hands with Troy and teleported off along with Robot Carlos and the Legendary Rangers. He then returns to Eltar. TV STORY-Legendary Battle
HyperForce[]
While the HyperForce Rangers are seeing the destruction of Emperor Marvo, they also witness the arrival of every Legendary Power Ranger including Carlos (Robot) and the other Turbo/Robot Rangers, and the start of the Legendary Battle. TV STORY-Stage 4: The Armada

Zayto activates the Legendary Ranger Database, showing Master Blue that Master Green came to them after the Dinohenge statues were destroyed and restored them to normal. Also, Zayto says that he found Ranger teams who were saved in their darkest moments through unexplained reasons and shows them three specific moments. Including the Legendary Battle where all the Legendary Rangers including Robot Carlos and the other Turbo Rangers coming to the aid of the Megaforce Rangers in the Legendary Battle and helping them defeat an entire army of the Armada's X Borgs.
