Carden is a Rinshi who holds the spirit of the Crane. He is good friends with his partner Bai Lai and both serve Carnisoar. He serve as one of two main antagonists of the episode "Blind Leading the Blind" and the secondary antagonist of the episode "Pushed to the Edge".
History[]
Carden and Bai Lai served Carnisoar. Carden performs graceful air maneuvers with his twin swords. Carden has light coloring and an extended right wing, complimenting Bai Lai's dark coloring and extended left wing. They were summoned by Carnisoar, who ordered them to gather the fear of people to destroy Ocean Bluff.
They attacked the city and easily defeated the Rangers. Then they grew and defeated the Jungle Pride Megazord using their ability to fly. They left.
Then they returned and easily fought with Casey and Lily, while Theo trained with Master Swoop. Then Theo returned and defeated the monsters with the Jungle Fan.
Then they grew again but the Rangers formed the Jungle Pride Megazord and combined it with the Bat Animal Spirit. Carden was defeated and thrown in the rock, while Bai Lai was destroyed. Carden wanted to avenge him. 
TV STORY-Blind Leading the Blind
He returned to Carnisoar and asked him to let him avenge Bai Lai. Carden returned and again attacked the city. He fought with Lily, who defeated him single-handedly using her Cheetah Jab attack.
Carden grew but he was destroyed by the Jungle Pride Megazord with Bat Power. TV STORY-Pushed to the Edge

Carden is a cunning and ruthless Rinshi. He and Bai Lai will stop at nothing in their mission to destroy the Rangers. But they are genuinely faithful to Carnisoar and were shown to be good friends with each other.

- Lightning Generation: Carden can generate lightning.
- Pulse Reversal: Carden's special ability that allows him to extract the "Pulse" (鼓動, Kodō, effectively age and experience) from his victims, making them younger with no memories of their older experience and less capable of fighting back.

- Superhuman Strength: Carden possesses extreme strength and could easily defeat the Power Rangers at first but then he was defeated when the Rangers obtained the Jungle Fan.
- Flight: Carden can fly and attack his opponents from a big height.
- Wicked Spinning Encounter: Users hurl their dart-like feathers at the victims.
- Crest Kick: Carden can also perform a powerful crest kick.
- Destroying Red-Top Kick: Users perform a simultaneous high-flying kick at the victim, in the same spot.
