Captain Logan was the overseer and superior to the Time Force Rangers in Power Rangers Time Force.
History[]
Though he initially disapproved of Jen Scotts and her team traveling back in time to apprehend Ransik and the other Mutants, he later proved to be a stalwart ally, doing his best to provide whatever information he could to them. After it became known that Alex was still alive, he replaced Captain Logan as the Rangers' liaison to the future.
He later invites Jen to join the new HyperForce Program.
