Candice Arellano is the first voice actress of Kazumi Hoshikawa in the Tagalog dub of Chikyuu Sentai Fiveman from Episode 1 through Episode 31 before being replaced by Vilma Borromeo from Episode 32 through Episode 48. Arellano is known to voice Kazumi in a normal and deeper pitch especially her battle grunts in the entire episodes.
Outside the Sentai series, Arellano is best known for voicing Minako Aino/Sailor Venus, Michiru Kaioh/Sailor Neptune and Hotaru Tomoe/Sailor Saturn at the start of Season 3 in the widely acclaimed anime meta series, Sailor Moon. She later provides the voice of Queen Serenity during the redubbed version of the same series at ABS-CBN.
