"Busters Ready Go!" (バスターズ レディーゴー!,Basutāzu Redī Gō!) is the first opening theme for Tokumei Sentai Go-Busters. Starting with episode 28, it was replaced by "Morphin'! Movin'! Buster Ship!".
On May 9, 2012, Nippon Crown released a cover of "Busters Ready Go!" on the album Saishin Hit Special Kodomo No Uta (最新ヒット・スペシャル こどものうた,Saishin Hit Special Kodomo No Uta CRCD-2415).

The cantonese dub of Go Busters entitled 特命戰隊 Go-Busters, which aired in Hong Kong on TVB JADE, featured a Cantonese version of Busters Ready Go! theme as its opening. Unlike Go-Busters which has two openings, the Cantonese dub only has one which is played from Episodes 1-49
This would be the last opening to have a Cantonese version, as from Kyoryuger onward they would keep the original Japanese opening.

Busters Ready Go! is the first Sentai opening theme whose title is not simply the name of the show since Hurricaneger Sanjou! ten years before. It takes its name from the end of the Go-Busters roll call as the team springs into action.
