Bundorio Bunderas (ブンドリオ・ブンデラス Bundorio Bunderasu) is an alien mechanical lifeform and assistant to the Boonboomgers. He serves as the team's mechanic.
History
Bundorio was once a racer in the Big Bang Grand Prix however he usually loses races against Byun Diesel, his teammate who later became his rival. Bundorio attempted to increase his speed by inventing a device called the Boonboom Controller but was unable to properly utilize it leading him to dispose it. An anonymous fan gifts Bundorio a modification part that makes Bundorio become fast enough to beat Byun Diesel in a race albeit this also resulting in him crashing in the circuit. unbeknownst to him, the modification part Bundorio used was an illegal upgrade which was the cause for his license to be revoked, wanting to not have his teammates and Byundy to suffer, Bundorio wished for this incident to be kept a secret.

Having lost his BBG license and his faith in everything, he was later approached by Waruido Spindo who punished the person who supposedly sent him his illegal upgrade and offered him an opportunity as a mechanic for the recently-formed Hashiriyan.
The two maintained a close relationship, with Bundorio working behind the scenes under Waruido's direct order. However, Bundorio later found out that his accident was caused by Waruido himself. Furthermore, his creations, such as the Grumer Creation System are ultimately used to gather Gassholin for the Hashiriyan's nefarious purposes. This revelation breaks Bundorio's trust with Waruido and makes him cooperate with the Greater Galactic Police to catch Waruido and imprison him on a Prison Planet. This event angered Waruido, as he ultimately put Bundorio on the Hashiriyan's Hit List.
Waruido then ordered one of his captains to kill Bundorio albeit this assassination attempt ultimately failed, leaving Bundorio to drift across the universe before crash landing on Earth, sustaining injuries.

After being saved by Taiya by chance, he was brought to Taiya's secret base garage at his home where he would treat his damages, he and Taiya would bond over their passion for cars and began living inside his secret base garage at his home living life in a humanoid/human-sized form with the aid of a special sun-visor he made himself.
He and Taiya developed the Boonboomgers' equipment and also helps out the team remotely from the hidden base.
The Truth Revealed
The truth about Bundorio's past would eventually be revealed when Disrace, having figured out his identity with the help of the Hashiriyan HQ, exposes his secret to the Boonboomgers (Taiya and Ishiro have already known about Bundorio being a former Hashiriyan, though not about him being Spindo's favorite). While most of the Boonboomgers accept this and decide to keep working with Bundorio, Byun-D is angered and decides to leave the team, taking Sakito with him.

Death
Following Waruido Spindo's arrival on Earth, Taiya goes to confront his mentor, Raita Naito, who's revealed to have been working with the ISA and the Hashiriyans. Spindo arrives at the scene and starts fighting Taiya, so the other Boonboomgers and Byun-D go to help him, telling Bundorio to stay at the base since Spindo is after him. Bundorio remains at the base as asked, but not being able to bear the sight of his friends getting beaten up by Spindo, he decides to transform into Boonboomger Robo and fight Spindo himself.

Spindo summons Boonboom Killer Robo to fight Bundorio, getting the upper hand on him before carjacking Boonboom Patrol Car 2, Dozer, Classic and Safari and combining them with the Killer Robo. Taiya, having let Raita Naito to transfer all of his assets to him, transforms and jumps to reach up for Bundorio. However, Spindo activates the Killer Robo's Gekitotsu Buster weapon and shoots it at Bundorio, piercing a hole at his chest area and killing him.

Revival
For a while, Bundorio's lifeless husk was stuck in a garage in an undisclosed location, with a desperate Taiya trying to revive him manually, but to no avail. And to make things worse, Bundorio's body started disintegrating into sand. Fortunately, some unexpected help came in the form of Nicola Keydoor, who pointed out a disco ball-like object in the remote garage as the key to solve their current problem via a holographic video message. Genba deduces that the unknown disco ball is most likely a core, made by crystalization from a planet energy after Taiya revealed that the object is not part of Bundorio's biological parts when he crash landed on Earth.

After Taiya changes Bundorio's damaged core with the disco ball core, alongside several of Byun Diesel's parts as well at the latter's insistence, Bundorio's body stopped disintegrating. Unfortunately, it still wasn't enough to fully revive him.
