Brandon Jay McLaren is a Canadian actor who portrayed Jack Landors/Red SPD Ranger in Power Rangers S.P.D.

Biograpghy[]

McLaren began his career in 2002 as a guest star in TV shows and films. He landed his first major role in Power Rangers SPD. After Power Rangers, McLaren enjoyed major success as a major cast member in multiple high profile shows such as Ransom, Snowfall, and The Cleaning Lady.

Personal Life[]

McLaren had originally turned down the role of Jack multiple times due to a stigma that most former Power Ranger actors do not get any future work and on the recommendation of his agent. However as he was financially struggling at the time, he ultimately took the job.^[1]

McLaren is of Grenadian and Trinidadian descent.
McLaren would later work with Disney again on Turner & Hooch.
