Brachiozord is a black Brachiosaurus Zord piloted by Tommy Oliver and can fire lightning bolts from its mouth. It can carry the other Dino Zords into battle. On the toy version, its head can be removed and equipped by the Thundersaurus Megazord.

- The Brachiozord is the only Zord which does not take part in any Megazord transformations. However it was used as a ramp for the Valkasaurus Megazord to surf down.
- Along with the Cephalazord, the Brachiozord does not have an American toy counterpart.
