Bomber the Great (ボンバー・ザ・グレート Bonbā za Gurēto), also called the "Universal Bomb Guy" (宇宙の爆弾野郎 Uchū no Bakudan Yarō), was a former general of the Machine Empire Baranoia who was exiled due to his betrayal.

Bomber was simply one of Baranoia's Machine Beasts with the ability to turn his entire body into a missile, his body having been constructed around the Great Missile which would activate at the time of his death with instructions to destroy the nearest sun on a planet Bomber died on. He was also the empire's finest military officer until he was exiled after a failed attempt to take over the empire.
Ohranger[]
Upon hearing of the death of Emperor Bacchus Wrath, Bomber travels to the Baranoia Palace where he straps Buldont to a missile that he fires on Earth. Arriving to Earth soon later, Bomber reveals he gained a following among the Baranoians with his own government party dedicated to see him as new emperor.

He also left Buldont and Empress Hysteria alone despite them plotting against him, later revealing he was using the Baranoia Constitution, Art 12 to justify killing Buldont in a duel. Once a hundred days after Bacchushund's death passed, Bomber forces Buldont to accept his challenge for the right to rule the Empire and destroys his body. Bomber then sends Buldont's head and Hysteria away in exile while proclaiming himself "Bomber the Great the 1st, New Emperor of Baranoia" (ボンバー・ザ・グレート最初 バラノイアの新皇帝 Bonbā za Gurēto Saisho Baranoia no Shin Kōtei). But Bomber's reign is short-lived when he is saved by Princess Multiwa after the Ohrangers, Kingranger, and Gunmazin cornered him, only to learn she saved him to be punished by the rebuilt Kaiser Buldont. Overpowered by the couple as they destroyed his forearms and then reprogam him as a mindless slave with breif moments of his mind being lucid, Bomber is given new limbs and sent on a suicide mission to kill the OhRangers. Fatally wounded by King Pyramider Battle Formation with OhBlocker as the source mecha, Bomber expresses his regret over trying to take over Baranoia before he dies and his body breaks apart as the Great Missile launches toward sun before Ganmazin manages to force it off course and safely explode.
