Blue Has No Entry?! (
Synopsis[]
Naoki is strangely being ignored by the rest of Carranger after meeting with a rival car-maker, while Glutch invents a weight-loss spray with peculiar side effects that he gives to a graffiti-making Bowzock thug .
Plot[]
At the Pegasus Garage, Kyosuke and Natsumi are working the garage while Minoru and Youko are talking finances as Naoki arrives to head out; he states he will be back right away and to not worry about him. He suddenly dashes back in having forgotten something to state he forgot to say his departure as the others acknowledge it.
It turns out that Naoki is meeting with an HR Man from another company, who states his designs are wonderful with great streamline designs. The agent gives him an offer to quit Pegasus and to become a designer for his company, making him spit out his coffee as the HR man offers him three times his Pegasus salary and he can't wait for his youthful designs and sharp sensibilities. Naoki worries about his issues as he remembers his camaraderie with the other Pegasus teammates stating he can't betray his friends; he worries about his low salary but can't abandon his friends as he storms out.
At the Bowzock satellite, Grotch unveils his latest invention: paint spray that is low calorie and makes one lose weight, stating it will slim anyone easily including the fat! Zonnette is impressed due to the fears of her potential flab on her body and asks to try it; Zelmoda worries if it's alright but Grotch thinks they need a test subject first. The giant cockroach Goki-chan enters in, forcing him to endure Zonnette's spraying, but the can makes Goki-chan's head fat in the process before exploding. Zonnette yells at Grotch for the ridiculous plot as he realizes he made a spray that makes anyone fat, not thin; which gives Gynamo the idea of using the spray to make "Earsh" so fat it will explode. He then summons the number one Bowzock graffiti artist NN Nerenko, who arrives spraying up a sun on a sheet and showing off his abilities.
Naoki soon returns to the Pegasus Garage but discovers a strange "stop sign" in front and the door locked and the insides covered by sheets. Naoki tries to knock but Natsumi and Minoru wonder what he's doing there as he asks his partners to let him inside. Kyosuke states they can't while Youko states there's no real reason as they're joined by the others and abandon him. Youko soon gives Naoki keys to a car and tells him to wash it, making him worry and ask to come back in before he's locked out and left with the car. Naoki discovers the car isn't dirty before wondering why his partners are pulling this, perhaps due to his meeting with the HR Scout from the rival "Super Quality Auto" company and seeing him solicit them made them think he was betraying them. He wonders if they're mad at him as he imagines his co-workers telling him to quit the garage as a traitor. Naoki tries to explain he rejected the offer as he remains locked outside and depressed.
Soon, NN Nerenko and Grotch arrive on Earth, where the inventor gives the Gorotsuki the fattening spray and goes off to get his Imocho imo youkan; arriving at the shop but discovering that it's sold out as the salesman states that his mother is currently making some and it will be a while, which Grotch relents to waiting while worrying at being stared at. At the same time, NN Nerenko discovers graffiti and decides he can't wait to use it, emitting it on nearby property spraying everything with his initials and fattening them before making them explode.
At the car wash, Naoki cries stating that everyone hates him and that he wishes he could wipe away his tears with this car wash. Kyosuke soon calls about the newest Bowzock attack, but he thinks the team doesn't need him and thinks that even without him, the Carranger will succeed, remembering his times with the team until he realizes that even if everyone hates him, he's still Blue Racer and the five has to work together as a team to protect Earth. He abandons the car and transforms into a Carranger charging to help his teammates.
Elsewhere, NN Nerenko keeps spraying the city with the high-calorie spray as it's power becomes more effective and the Carranger soon arrive. The Gorotsuki sends out the Wumpers, forcing the team to fight against them and defeat them with ease; in the midst, NN Nerenko fires the spray at Red Racer but it hits a Wumper making it explode. Blue Racer soon arrives as the team states he's late making him feel appreciate by merely being told "he was late". NN Nerenko keeps sending the Wumpers after them as the others tell Naoki to deal with the mooks while they go after the Gorotsuki, confusing him, making him worry that they hate him. Blue Racer imagines the Carranger stating they are better as a four-member team and telling him that he's the "fifth wheel", making him fall into despair once again that he's not even needed as a Carranger and the Wumpers have an easier time beating him up as he loses power.
NN Nerenko fires a beam knocking the Carranger away before firing the "fat beam" at them, causing their transformations to cancel and their bodies rapidly fatten, making the Gorotsuki excited that the four heroes will soon explode. Kyosuke yells for Blue Racer to save them, but the Wumpers continue to beat him up until he hears the cries, making him Hairpin Kick the Wumpers away with ease before rushing to the other Carranger and being hit by NN Nerenko's beam destroying everything around them. Seeing the wrecked fire hydrant spouting water and some fallen pine needles, Naoki gets an idea: he picks up the needles and hides them until NN Nerenko fires the "fat beam", making the needles grow larger and turning them into large branches that he uses to create the "Gekisou Car Washer", combining with the water and super-speed to wash away the effects of the "fat spray" and restoring the Carranger to normal where they can transform and fight again. Kyosuke thanks Blue Racer for saving them before the team charges at the Gorotsuki with combined ViBlades stabbing him and then allowing them to fire the Formula Nova to knock him down as a team.
However, before they can celebrate, Grotch shows up with the Imocho imo youkan to make NN Nerenko into a giant, forcing the team to summon RV Robo with Dappu's assistance. The team knock away NN Nerenko forcing it to use the Nerenko Beam. Soon using the Plugnado Spark from their midsection, the team fire back towards the Gorotsuki making Naoki happy for how this is how the team should be. Summoning the RV Sword, the Carranger use the Gekisou Slash to destroy the Gorotsuki threat. After the battle, the team celebrates peace as Kyosuke congratulates Naoki for coming up a way to stop the "fat spray", making him reveal he was afraid the other four hated him and came up with the strategy from watching the brushes at the car wash. However, as he speaks, the other Carranger vanish, making Naoki despair that they hate him and fall away.
As he returns to the garage that night, he suddenly discovers a cake and the other Rangers singing "happy birthday", making him surprised as he discovers it all a set-up for a surprise party for him. Naoki is shocked as the other Carrangers tell him it was impossible to set the party up with him around, revealing why they ignored him as Naoki cries and reveals that his birthday isn't for another month but he'll take the celebration now.
