Blammo is a known terrorist who was wanted for 73 counts of unauthorized uses of explosives on the run from the law. Blammo first appears on the Galaxy Warriors stage as he shows off his powers to the crowd but a space police officer named Sheriff Skyfire appears and prepares to arrest him for 73 counts of unlawful use of explosives. Though right before he could put Blammo in chains, Madame Odius appears and then asks the Sheriff to get the Rangers saying that they "stole her" Prism. Once he leaves, she frees Blammo.
He then teleports to the Rangers, hides out, and puts a bomb in a garbage to destroy them. However, the bomb was accidentally taken by Clint, but they stop it from harming anyone.
Now angered, Blammo then teleports to where the Rangers and Clint are and after Clint leaves, he prepares to fight them and Sheriff Skyfire, who realized Odius had lied. He was overwhelmed by the Ninja Steel Rangers and Skyfire and his Justice Strike before Brody morphed into Lion Fire Red. He was about to perform the Lion Fire Flame Strike when Skyfire handed over his sword. Blammo is destroyed when Brody performs the Lion Fire Justice Strike Final Attack.
He is gigantified and the Rangers call upon their Blaze Zords to form the Ninja Blaze Megazord and take him on. Blammo is able to block the Blaze Zord Fury Punch and jump onto the Megazord to try to use his weight to sink it into the ground which worries Skyfire. However, they use the Ninja Blaze Fireburst to knock him off. Before Blammo can fully recover, Brody calls in the final attack and the monster was struck by the Ninja Blaze Megazord's Ranger Blast Final Attack. As the Power Rangers declare victory, Blammo face-plants and explodes.

Blammo was very fearful of the law and of Sheriff Skyfire because he didn’t want to go back to jail and would prefer dying instead of going back to prison. But, he was also quite strong and strategic.

Teleportation: Blammo could teleport to any location at will in a giant column of yellow and light green energy.
Eye Lasers: Blammo could fire green colored energy lasers from his eyes to cause large explosions.
Girth: When enlarged, Blammo was heavy enough to cause the Ninja Blaze Megazord to sink into the ground.
Abilities[]
Agility: Blammo was agile enough to dodge a swing from Sheriff Skyfire's katana.
Body Bombs: Blammo's signature ability where he could pull out a bomb from his chest and set the timer for it to explode.
Demolition Mastery: Blammo is a demolition expert when it comes to using his bombs in an attempt to destroy the Rangers.
Strength: Blammo was able to fight off Sheriff Skyfire and the Rangers with relative ease until Brody morphed into Lion Fire Red.
Durability: Blammo was able to take Levi's Ninja Lightning Attack as well as multiple blasts from Sheriff Skyfire and only be sent flying and survived the sheriff's Justice Strike, which only blew him back. It took the power of Lion Fire Red's Lion Fire Justice Strike and the Ninja Blaze Megazord's Ranger Blast Final Attack to destroy him.

Fists: Blammo had regular fists to activate his bombs.
Clubs: Blammo could equip a large club-like lumps over his hands to aid him in combat.
Energy Empowerment: Blammo could charge up his club with purple energy for an increase in power. What this really achieved was unclear as he only did this in an attempt to block the Lion Fire Justice Strike which failed and took him out.
Shockwave: Blammo's club briefly created purple shockwaves when it came into contact with Brody and Sheriff Skyfire's blades.
Twin Clubs: When enlarged, Blammo got two clubs for combat.
Via his Sentai counterpart, Blammo was based upon the Konaki-jiji from Japanese mythology. The Konaki-jiji is said to be able to take the appearance of an old man or a baby. In either case, the spirit lures an unwary passerby towards it and allows him or her to pick it up. After the spirit is picked up, it suddenly becomes a heavy stone that crushes the victim to death. In some versions of Konaki-jiji stories, the spirit is that of a baby left to die in the wilderness.
Etymology[]
His name came from "blam", an onomatopoeia for explosion or gunshot sounds, or the phase that some people would say, "Blammo!"

Blammo was the final monster to debut inside of the Warrior Dome. All future monsters first appeared off-stage on Earth.
