The Black Mutant Ranger was the Black Ranger of the Mutant Rangers and Zack Taylor's evil counterpart. Rita Repulsa planned to destroy the Power Rangers, using their evil reflections. He serves as one of five secondary antagonists of the episode "Mighty Morphin' Mutants".
Biography
The Black Mutant Ranger was once one of Putties, but then Rita choosed him as one of her Mutant Rangers, led by Commander Crayfish. Mutant Rangers used Badges of Darkness to transform into their Ranger Forms. Then Rita sent them to Earth. They fought the Rangers, but the tenacity and courage of Power Rangers helped them defeat the villains. Then Rita enlarged them, but after long battle, monsters were destroyed by Ultrazord's Laser Blasts.

Green Mutant Ranger was shown to be boastful and arrogant. He talks with voice of Zack, but lacks his noble and heroic personality.
