This Unnamed taxi driver was turned into a Hitotsuki called Benitsuki (ベニツ鬼 Benitsuki), the first Hitotsuki to emerge.

Benitsuki was originally a taxi driver although what strong emotions prompted his transformation into a Hitotsuki is unknown. After having her manga press conference, Haruka Kitou decides to take a taxi home after a series of "dull" job interviews but the driver doesn't want to drive even when there's a red light. When she confronts the taxi driver, he transforms into Benitsuki and overwhelms her in a feral rage with even a speeding car not hurting him until a strange poem speaking man arrives and morphs into a Sentai Ranger-like form. Benitsuki attempts to fight Sonoi but is very easily overwhelmed; being kicked into a car and then obliterated by an energy slash from the Baron Sword. Due to being destroyed by a Noto general, Benitsuki is unable to assume a Hitotsuking form and grow giant and the taxi driver is imprisoned.
Legacy[]
Despite his imprisonment, Haruka's encounter with Benitsuki and Sonoi led to her meeting the Donbrothers and becoming Oni Sister.

The taxi driver was set free along with Tsuyoshi Kijino, Yoshioka, Black Bear, Sakaki and all the other prisoners by Sonoi using the Ring of Forgiveness.

Unlike most Hitotsuki, Benitsuki showed no real personality and appeared to be completely mindless with its only goal being to destroy things.

Etymology[]
- Benitsuki was derived from "beni" (ベニ Beni), meaning "crimson" or “deep red” to match his color scheme and "ki" (鬼 Ki), meaning "demon" or "oni".
