Baron Iron Mask (鉄面男爵 Tetsu Men Danshaku) was a dictator who had been terrorizing the European continent. He was among the four members (along with General Sahara, Captain UFO, and Hell Boxer) of the Big Four lead by Iron Claw.

Baron Iron Mask's army
At some point, he fought Kamen Rider V3 in Mongolia. He returned to Japan and raided the First Fuel Battalion of ISSIS, stealing their uranium.
Facing the JAKQ. and Gorenger, Baron Iron Mask and the rest of the big four combined into the super cyborg entity “Big Four Robo”. Completely invincible to their standard finishing attacks, it took the combined special attacks of JAKQ's Big Bomber and Gorenger's Gorenger Hurricane Ball to destroy the monster.

Baron Iron Mask was portrayed by the late Kenji Ushio (潮 健児 Ushio Kenji), who is known for playing Ambassador Hell
in Kamen Rider, the original series, he was later cast as Commander Hedder when Sentai was revived as Battle Fever J, only to be replaced by Iron Claw actor Masashi Ishibashi early on.
