upgraded Bara Gūsuka
Kotaro is upset over Gūsuka's first death.
Bara Gūsuka (バラグースカ Bara Gūsuka, 30): A sloth-like Machine Beast with a nightcap on his head, whose very presence (and singing of lullabies later on) causes everyone around him to fall into a deep and peaceful sleep. He is also very narcoleptic himself, yawning and wanting sleep. Though Bacchus Rage wanted the Machine Beast scrapped for this, thinking that Gusuka's powers were stupid and a waste of time, Hysteria suggests using him on the humans instead, which Bacchus Rage is forced to consent to. Even Butlers Acha & Kocha dislike him at first, calling him worthless and useless. After the Takompas he was on was shot down and made a flaming pile of metal in a nearby creek, Bara Gusuka manages to put the Ohrangers to sleep with his powers so Acha can kill them with a gun. However, immune to the Machine Beast's effects, King Ranger interferes and is able to scrap Bara Gusuka as he was immune. However, an upset Henoji rebuilds Bara Gusuka into a wind-up lullaby machine with two gramophone horns on top of his head, resuming his mission before Acha remodifies Bara Gusuka into a fighting machine with a speaker where his face used to be. He held a small pinwheel in his second form. While his third form was much more powerful to have King Ranger feel the effects along with people that are far away, Bara Gusuka is stopped when Dorin has Paku bite the power cord. Rendered powerless as a result, an enraged Bara Gusaka is taken down by the Ohre Bazooka. Enlarged by Kocha, Bara Gusuka is easily scrapped by King Pyramider Battle Formation to Hysteria's dismay.

Portrayal
- Bara Gūsuka was voiced by veteran seiyu Kazue Takahashi. His suit performer is uncredited.
Notes
- Bara Gūsuka's concept art for his first form reveals that his nightcap originally looked like a Santa Claus hat. His feet and body also were colored differently too.
- In both his first and third forms, he can shoot pink energy spheres from his mouth to attack his opponents.
- Although Gūsuka is a male robot in-story, he is voiced by a female, Kazue Takahashi. He is given a gender change in Zeo, where the character is played by Barbara Goodson and fully given the natural ability to sing lullabies rather than be given an upgrade for it later on.
- He also tried to actually "hypnotize" the Ohrangers by repeating his name over and over and simply putting them to sleep. This doesn't exactly happen this way in Zeo.
- The song that Bara Gūsuka sings after his upgrade by Henna is a Japanese translation of Schlafe, mein Prinzchen, schlaf' ein by Friedrich Wilheim Gotter. This song is the most popular lullaby in the world after Brahms' lullaby Guten Abend, gute Nacht.
- The lullaby it sings after it's upgrade is the same one used by Guitar Brain in Liveman when it performs a similar sleep-inducing scheme with Chibuchian Butchy
