PR2020 logo This article is about a/an toy company involved in the Power Rangers franchise.

Bandai Co., Ltd. (株式会社バンダイ Kabushiki-gaisha Bandai?) is a Japanese toy making and video game company, as well as the producer of a large number of plastic model kits. It is the world's third-largest producer of toys (after Mattel and Hasbro). Some ex-Bandai group companies produce anime and tokusatsu programs. Its headquarters is located in Taitō, Tokyo.

Bandai America is responsible for the primary releases of Power Rangers toys. These releases come a year or more after the original Super Sentai toys are released, in conjunction with the TV show airing. It does not limit itself to the US but distributes wherever Power Rangers is aired. In non-US territories (except in Latin America because Boing Toys, carries toys from Bandai America to countries known as Colombia and Venezuela), such as the UK or certain Asian countries, most toys that Bandai America leaves out, Bandai Asia steps in to release.
