Continuity and Placement[]
Must take place after Ep. 31 due to the use of AbareMax but before Ep. 48 as Mikoto Nakadai is still alive.
As Asuka is with the team this creates a continuity issue due to spending an entire period between episode 32 and 40 absent due to retaking the Armor of Darkness from Apostle of Destruction Jeanne/Mahoro.
Thus the easiest place to put this would be between Episodes 40 and 41.
