It features the debut of the Champion Changer and the Champion Boonboomgers, as well as Byunbyum Mach Robo ToQ Custom. It also features Genba Bureki's return to the Boonboomger team and the final appearance of Madrex Fury.

Synopsis[]

The Boonboomgers fight a big battle with the runaway Madrex Fury! Taiya shouts to Madrex, "Where's your steering wheel!?" But...!? Meanwhile, Genba, who has been trying to get revenge on Disrace by himself, makes a "certain choice".

Plot[]

Byunbyum Mach Robo ToQ Custom's First Appearance

Byunbyum Mach Robo ToQ Custom

The episode starts immediately with the four Boonboomger who are currently facing two new Grumer, which is Ishiyakimoki (Stone Grilled Yam) Grumer and Renge Block Wall (Brick Block Wall) Grumer. As the Boonboomgers are unleashing the Bakuage Finish and Crash on them, Brick quickly build a barricade to protect both of the Grumer, and Yam follows suit by throwing Grilled Yam Bombs to the Boonboomgers. The Bombs successfully strikes Bun Pink and Black, while Bun Red and Blue manages to evade. It's also shown that the Sanseaters are the ones behind this tactic, to separate the Boonboomger in order to Mad Rex memories to return by battle.

On the other hands, Bun Violet is using Byunbyum Mach Robo against a Gigantic Mad Rex Fury, which resulted in Bun Violet to become overwhelmed by Mad Rex's raw power. Bun Violet then combines Byunbyum Mach Robo with several of ToQ-Oh Ressha from the previous episode to form Byunbyum Mach Robo ToQ Custom. This unlikely combination proven to be advantageous to Bun Violet as Byunbyum Mach Robo ToQ Custom successfully defeated Mad Rex Fury, although this didn't kill him. Out of worry to their benefactor, the Sanseaters retreated with the duo Grumer, christened as Stone Brothers by Yarucar earlier.

Amidst all of this, Genba Bureki witnessed the whole battle and reminisces of Mad Rex request to him. Meanwhile, Disrace is also monitoring the whole battle before he receives another phone call. Disrace listened in frustration as the caller seemingly didn't find the info he needed, before he deduces the undisclosed Info by himself.

During Nighttime, Mad Rex groaned in agony after the fierce battle with Bun Violet. He then realized that Genba is behind him, and immediately asked by the latter why did Mad Rex pretend to still be under Disrace control. Ignoring Genba's question, Mad Rex asked whether he had delivered his message to Bun Red / not. Genba morosely replied that until he succeeded in his revenge against Disrace, he won't be joining them back. Hearing Genba's statement, Mad Rex deduces that Genba is also ruined by Disrace, and becoming a pitiful little clown, just like him.

Hearing such ridiculous statement, Genba become enraged on the prospect that Disrace had been manipulating him. However, Mad Rex didn't back down from his claim. Mad Rex admitted that Disrace had gotten his hands to their respective wheels, and makes them go nowhere as a result. Immediately realizing his errors, Genba asked whether Mad Rex is also searching for a place to die. Mad Rex rebukes that statement, and claimed that he's already dead anyway. Suddenly, the Duo heard the Sanseaters calling for Mad Rex in worry, thus prompting Mad Rex to return to Disrace's lair. However, the Hashiriyan do tell Genba that since the latter is still alive, it's not too late for him to reclaim his wheels back. This unexpected encouragement makes Genba starts to ponder deeply, and finally makes him reach a conclusion.

Meanwhile, the Boonboomgers and Shirabe are discussing Mad Rex conditions. Jyo deduces that Mad Rex is still under Disrace’s control, and Mira comments that despite Mad Rex and Disrace are a fellow Hashiriyan, the fact is just too cruel, even for the Boonboomgers. Shirabe divulges that according to ISA report, Genba can be seen nearby the battlefield. This prompted Sakito to nonchalantly commented that Genba actually want to come back to the Boonboomger, but he's just being too dramatic about it, much to Byoon Di's agreement. Shirabe then worriedly asked them whether Genba will come back to them or not, while Taiya is shown working on several emblems in silence...

Back at Disrace lair, the Sanseaters Begged and Kneeled to Disrace to return Mad Rex memories to himself. In return, Disrace seemingly 'agrees' only after the Sanseaters showed their full potential. As the Sanseaters left with a false hope, Disrace showed his true colour and ranted alone that the Sanseaters starts to annoy him, so he'll decide to turn them into his obedient puppets, just like Mad Rex. Hearing Disrace's heartless words, Mad Rex clenched his fist in pure anger. Unfortunately, Disrace is quick to notice his actions before restraining the Raid Captain using his Snake Pendulum. Disrace quickly deduces that Mad Rex memories are fully returned without his intervention, before he put an Ominous Orange-coloured Plate on Mad Rex, claiming that as his toy, Mad Rex is Never Free from him.

Genba is later shown to enter the Boonboomger base, only to find the place empty. But not long after, Shirabe appeared and become shocked upon seeing Genba. Genba stated his business currently is to deliver Mad Rex's message to Bun Red, only for Shirabe to divulges that all the Boonboomgers are currently engaged in combat against Mad Rex. As Shirabe and Genba could only monitor the battle helplessly, Genba divulges that just like him, Mad Rex had lost everything to Disrace, such as his pride, dreams, and even his own wheels. However, Shirabe argues back that no one could take other people wheels, hope, and dreams from themselves. Genba protested that his earlier actions will make it harder for them to accept him back, only for Shirabe to reveal the Boonboomgers thought...

When Shirabe asked the Boonboomgers whether Genba will come back to them or not, Taiya confidently answered that he will, since he fully believes that Genba is just losing his track momentarily ever since Disrace arrived on Earth. Ishiro backed Taiya's claim, confidently stating that Genba just needed some time to rediscover his tracks. Jyo added that for that moment, they need to prepare themselves by working their hardest in Genba's absence. Finally, Mira cheekily commented that she definitely needs to scold Genba later on. Boondorio then appeared and admitted that while Genba do say that Boondorio is a good guy, the latter didn't think so due to certain past events. However, Boondorio exclaimed that despite knowing his dark past, Taiya accepted him regardless. Taiya had made Boondorio believes that he was never alone and had a place he belonged, thus they are able to align their dreams of winning the Big Bang Grandprix together as a team. Shirabe then produces a brand new Jacket for Genba, and joked that if Genba didn't return to Boonboomger, she'll take it for herself. Touched by his friends kindness and acceptance, Genba tearfully hugged the Jacket and declared that he finally regain control of his wheels.

The scene shifted to the four core Boonboomger who are having hard time in battling Mad Rex inside an abandoned warehouse. Mad Rex is seemingly become even more powerful, despite being under control by Disrace. Under Sanseaters command, the Stone Brothers are about to finish off the Boonboomgers, only to be intercepted by Sakito as Bun Violet. Bun Violet immediately takes on the Stone Brothers so that Taiya & co. Can focus to combat Mad Rex. Mad Rex unleashes his Angry Death Rod finishers that heavily damages the Boonboomgers despite their best efforts at parrying his attacks. Furthermore, Mad Rex is shown to be charging a dangerous amount of energy every time he attacks, thus allowing him to defeat the Boonboomgers and canceling their transformation in a big explosion. Just as Mad Rex is about to finish the Boonboomgers for good...

A Manhole cover blocked the attack and redirects it above. The Boonboomgers are shocked to see that the one who saves them is Genba, whom regained his confidence and relaxed demeanor once more. Genba explained that the Orange Plate embedded on Mad Rex's Body is an illegal modification parts that Disrace uses to break the user power limiter, while simultaneously turned them into an obedient fighting machine called Number Displate. As Taiya understood the whole situation, Genba relayed Mad Rex message to Taiya, only to slightly tweak the content to not kill him, but to freed him from Disrace control once and for all. While Taiya admitted that it's hard to do alone, he asked Genba what did he procure for them on this occasion. Genba replied that he brings Himself to help them, signifying his intention to rejoin the Boonboomger. Hearing Genba's statement, Jyo and Mira happily welcomes him back, while Ishiro commends Genba for finding his way back after momentarily loses his track. After Genba declared that Boonboomgers are a place for him to continue living, he then produces a new Boonboom Car, the Champion Changer, and gives it to Taiya, whom immediately known that Boondorio had completed their Team power-up at last.

The Boonboomgers are back together again

The Boonboomgers are back together again as Champion Boonboomgers

Now with the core Boonboomger complete again after a while, they transformed into their respective Boonboomgers and performed their roll call. Before finishing the usual roll call though, Bun Red sets the Champion Changer into his Boonboom Changer, and manifested five new Team Jackets, which the Boomboomgers quickly equip to themselves. Bun Red declares that they are ready to break their limit together, as Champion Boomboomger. In Boonboomger base, Boondorio and Shirabe rejoiced for this moment.

Champion Boonboomgers are proven to be able to stand against the empowered Mad Rex with ease. Moreover, the emblems embroidered in their Jackets are actually the symbol of the Boonboom Cars, which can be manifested into their Boonboom Handle and Change Axe to empower their attacks, dubbed as 'Customize'. Shirabe is shown marvelling at Boondorio ingenious idea as the Boonboomgers starts countered each and every Mad Rex's attacks. With the Stone Brothers are quickly and soundly defeated by Bun Violet's Byunbyum Arrow Drive, the Boonboomgers are able to corner Mad Rex at last. Bun Red exclaimed that in order for them to make it through any course in the universe, they created various Boonboom Cars together. Bun Orange also added that what they can't do alone, they'll make it through together. Lastly, Bun Red quickly destroyed Mad Rex's Displate with the Boonboomger Empowerment, manifested as Bakuage Champion Drive slash attack.

Finally freed from Disrace control, Mad Rex first ranted that he's requested Bun Red to kill him, instead of freeing him. However, Bun Orange argues back that Mad Rex Handle can never be relinquished to anyone else but himself, that's why he suggested for Boonboomger to freed him. Bun Red then asked his rival if he wanted to settle their battle right now, with Mad Rex replied that while Bun Red idea is a good one, he still need to bring Hashiriken to a walk.

Unfortunately, Mad Rex starts screamed in agony as the energy within him starts to rampage out of his control. Knowing that his life is about to run out, Mad Rex divulges that the Displate that forcibly controlled him earlier is indeed the work of Disrace. Mad Rex correctly assumes that should he ever be defeated, Disrace will simply dispose of him, and subsequently uses the charged energy within to bring the enemies down with him, that is how the Heartless Rebuild Captain truly operates. Hearing Mad Rex statement, the Boonboomgers become speechless, especially Bun Orange. However, Mad Rex is pleased over the fact that finally, he's able to go out on his own term as a free Alien. He also acknowledged Boonboomger as a team that might be able to reach his boss, Waruido Spindo, on the other side of speed. Afterwards, Mad Rex bids them farewell before riding his Angry Death Rod away.

At the end of the episode, the Sanseaters are moping for their failures once more. But Decotrade still refuses to give in, and cheers up Itasha and Yarucar that if they worked hard enough, Mad Rex will eventually remember them one day. The Sanseaters then go back to their base in an optimistic tone.

Unbeknownst to the poor trio, Mad Rex is shown to drive his Angry Death Rod to the outer space. The Raid Captain somberly muttered for his underlings to take care of themselves from now on. As he reaches the outer space, and his energy is about to erupts, Mad Rex proudly declared his last Introductory Monologue before he passed away permanently. His body, shined with bright light, exploded into cluster of shining stars before the screen goes black.
