Bakuage 29: Spy and Family (スパイとファミリー Supai to Famirī) is the twenty-ninth episode of Bakuage Sentai Boonboomger.

Synopsis[]

Sakito and Byundy decide to help out with Ishiro's spy work. At the same time, Taiya was telling the other members about his encounter with Ishiro. In fact, Taiya and Ishiro were originally enemies...!?

Plot[]

The episode begins with Ishiro who currently operating a Cutting Edge Drone with High Resolution Camera for his personal mission. After the Drone passed through the unsuspecting security guards and standing by at a Mansion owned by the Baleful Aori Family, Sakito pays Ishiro a Visit with Byoon Di. Sakito immediately expressed his interest to be hired by Ishiro for this mission, with Ishiro sarcastically questioned if Sakito's Cleaner Business is not busy. Sakito confirmed that question and even ranted that Only Byoon Di whose getting any sort of Job. In return, Byoon Di explained that the job he's getting lately is just signing autograph for children. Hearing this, Ishiro agreed to hire the Cleaners under one condition : Everything Ishiro said to them is an order, and no questions asked. While Sakito remarked that Cleaners had their own method of doing things, he agreed nevertheless.

At Boonboomger base, The team is currently rewatching the recording of Mad Rex Fury fight with Bun Red. Shirabe claimed that if this Mad Rex didn't recognize Taiya at all, perhaps it's a different Hashiriyan. Taiya rebukes Shirabe claim, stating that at the very least, their fighting style is similar. Shirabe reminded Taiya that nevertheless, Boonboomger still need to defeat him one day. As Boondorio serves the team some tea, Mira inquires Boondorio about Ishiro's current whereabout. Boondorio answered that Ishiro is currently having his personal espionage mission, so they don't need to interfere. Both Boondorio and Taiya also revealed that the first time they known and recruited Ishiro, He managed to sneak into the Boonboomger base as an enemy, much to Mira, Jyo and Shirabe's shock.

Taiya explained that Ishiro used to bypass each and every electronic security of the Underground Garage, including the Counter-Program during his first, and only infiltrating mission to the Boonboomger base. While Mira and Jyo are amazed by Ishiro's expertise, Shirabe inquired about his mission at the time. Boondorio simply revealed that Ishiro's mission at that time is to investigate about him, to the shock of the rest. Taiya revealed that Ishiro finally get caught by them using Taiya's Analog Trap, which is an Ankle Wire, much to Ishiro's disbelief. Nevertheless, Taiya is deeply impressed & cranked up by Ishiro's expertise on espionage, so much that he immediately offered Ishiro to join Boomboomger on moment notice. Since then, Ishiro had joined Boonboomger and continuously fed lines of Nonsense to his former employer, with Taiya claiming that they still need to hide Boondorio extraterrestrial nature to the government.

As Mira and Jyo become more confused by the nature of Ishiro's recruitment, Shirabe immediately asked about the identity of his former employer, in which Taiya simply answered : ISA. Shirabe is shocked and in disbelief by this revelation, and Taiya added that this section of ISA has a different chain of command. Since ISA notices about Boondorio crash landing on Taiya's property, they ended up hiring Ishiro for searching any valuable information about Boondorio, so it's natural for Shirabe to had no idea about that mission.

The scene shifted into the Hashiriyan base. Disrace is currently tracking his next target for Gassholin harvesting, accompanied by the brainwashed Mad Rex Fury. As the Sanseaters barges in to report, Mad Rex aimed his Hashiriken Gauntlet to his underlings, emotionlessly stating that He'll eliminate them if they disrupting Disrace's work. This scared the Sanseaters with Yarucar exclaiming that Mad Rex is way too different than who he's used to be. After Disrace successfully locating his target, Itasha worriedly asked about Mad Rex current mind state. Disrace coldly replied that Mad Rex memories are just trash, it's not necessary for him. Disrace revealed that what he want is Mad Rex power as a Raider, so that he can serves as Disrace's personal bodyguard and to allow for more efficient Gassholin harvesting. Disrace then gives his ignition key to Itasha, stating that they had work to do. Itasha complies and turned a Boxing Bell into Gong Grumer.

Back at Ishiro's location, Sakito expressed his interest about Ishiro's cutting edge espionage gear as Ishiro exclaimed that he had successfully hacked each and every hidden CCTV's on the mansion. Ignoring Sakito's dilly daily, Ishiro ordered the Cleaners to act as bait to distract the security guards, while he himself going solo. Sakito and Byoon Di immediately goes to work, and makes a Ruckus with the Guards stationed at the entrance. This prompted Soko and Unten Aori to personally meet the guards, and the Cleaners as well. With Unten expressed his interest in Byoon Di, Soko reluctantly agreed to hire them, which comically also fitting the dire situation since the Sanseaters + Gong Grumer had breaking inside the Manor with little to no efforts.

In fear, Soko ordered his Bodyguards to shoot at the Hashiriyan, only for their bullets to be deflected by Gong Grumer with ease. Gong easily make a quick work to the Aori Family Bodyguards, and land a clean punch to Soko, which also makes Unten fall down after Soko flung towards him. With Aori Family defeat, their screams converted into Gassholin which the Grumer immediately delivered to Hashiriyan HQ. Sakito decides to barges in and transformed into Bun Violet to combat the Grumer, only for a pair of Tight Boxing Gloves to appear on Boon Violet hands. As Byoon Di futilely tries to release Violet's glove, Gong Grumer announced that Round Two had begin, and that a boxing match will begin fair and square.

Amidst all of the chaos in the Aori's family mansion, Ishiro successfully sneaks in without being noticed at all. After he entered a Family room, he notices a Framed Ignition Key hanging nearby, the same used by the Hashiriyans to create Grumers. Ishiro recollect his earlier contract with Eichiro Tokoyari, whom ordered Ishiro to collect a certain key and submit it back to ISA. Eichiro also mentioned that this mission is a matter of planetary security matter. Whilst Ishiro is unnerved by this unexpected discovery, he still uphold his mission and retrieved the Key successfully.

Back at the battle scene between Bun Violet and Gong Grumer, Gong continues to assault Bun Violet while giving his own commentary. As both players are evenly matched, Ishiro appeared after his mission and immediately contacted the Boonboomger in their base. After receiving a brief about the current situation, Taiya, Mira and Jyo transformed into Boon Red, Pink, and Black respectively and dashed to the Aori family mansion by foot, only to be intercepted by Mad Rex Fury, who is still brainwashed by Disrace. With the rest of the Boonboomgers are busy dealing with Mad Rex, Ishiro decides to leave Mad Rex to them, and faces Gong Grumer himself.

As Bun Violet and Gong Grumer continues in the earnest, Byoon Di asked if Ishiro retrieved the key, in which the latter produces the Key from his pocket, much to the Shock of the Sanseaters, and the Ire of Soko Aori. Ishiro angrily asked how did a human get the Hashiriyan Ignition key, and Soko replied that he get it from Cannonborg. A flashback reveals that Cannonborg promised Aori family that once they pledges their allegiance to the Hashiriyan, they'll become Hashiriyan Earth Corps Leader once Earth is successfully invaded. Both Soko and Unten, consumed by greed immediately agreed to Cannonborg's offer, hence the reason why Cannonborg gave them an Ignition Key as a proof of their alliance. To Ishiro's surprise and confusion, even the Sanseaters had no idea that Cannonborg decided to collaborate with Earthlings without their knowledge.

The revelation is cut short when Gong Grumer lands his finisher, Gong Hammer Punch that defeats Bun Violet. With the Aori family running away to save their pathetic lives, Ishiro decides to step in while Bun Violet is resting on Bench. Bun Violet asked if Ishiro had what it takes to fight, with Ishiro revealed that he's been trained on numerous varieties of martial arts during his youth, since his parents had the same job with him. With the Round Three begins in the earnest, Ishiro transformed into Bun Blue to combat the Grumer, and immediately equipped with the same Boxing Gloves Violet wore, rendering him unable to fight using his usual Boonboom Handle. Left with no other choice, Boon Blue manages to give Gong Grumer a hard fight. In the end, Gong Grumer is quickly defeated as Boon Blue and Violet decides to tag-fight with each other and landed several finishers.

Witnessing the Grumer defeat, Yarucar immediately shoots Highway Beam and turns Gong Grumer gigantic. Boon Blue and Violet combined their respective Mecha to form Winged Boonboomger Robo Marine & Off-Road Custom. The final round begin as Gong Grumer immediately cheated by wrestling the giant robot and even shrinks them before trapping them in the Boxing Ring on the Grumer right shoulder, claiming that Victory is the only thing that matters. Annoyed by Gong Grumer antics, Both Bun Blue and Violet successfully breaks free and finished the Grumer with BoonBoom Full Throttle Punch.

Meanwhile, at the fight scene between the Boonboomgers and Mad Rex Fury, Bun Red somehow landed a hit on Mad Rex's head. However, this triggered Mad Rex lost memories as the Raid Team Captain roared in agony. Just when Bun Red decides to ask what happened to Mad Rex, Bun Orange suddenly appeared and held his Boonboom Change Axe on Bun Red neck, much to the trios' worry. Bun Orange asked Mad Rex about Disrace's location, only for Mad Rex to inquire if Disrace is on Earth before fleeing away. Dissatisfied with this turns of events, Bun Orange quietly retreated. Bun Black and Pink is about to give chase, only to be held by Bun Red. Bun Black protests that they cannot leave Genba like that, while Bun Pink commented that she never saw Genba that scary before. Bun Red morosely replied that Genba is currently fighting with the demon inside himself.

With the Hashiriyan Ignition key is delivered to Tokoyari, the contract is completed. Ishiro asked if Tokoyari hired him for this mission due to Hashiriyan involvement, with Tokoyari brushed his question aside before leaving. Tokoyari called Raita Naito, claiming that they finally collected all the Keys. He commented that while Cannonborg do complicate ISA business, ISA true objective didn't change, which is Hashiriyan's stewardship. Tokoyari then laughed ominously. Meanwhile, Taiya, who already known of the current situation between Ishiro and Tokoyari reassure his teammate that despite the fickle situation they are in, Boonboomger mission remains the same, which is to save people screaming for their help. Ishiro solemnly acknowledged Taiya's statement as the episode ends.
