Bai Lai is a Rinshi who holds the spirit of the Crow, emulating it in the aggressive airborne moves with his broadsword. Bai Lai is dark colored and has an extended left wing, complimenting Carden's light coloring and right wing, Bai Lai also has a skull-like face. He was one of Carnisoar's two servants along with Carden, and they created a vortex that would wipe out the entire city. The first time they fought the Rangers, the rangers were defeated because they flew, something that the Jungle Pride Megazord (even with Elephant Power) couldn't do.
