Bai Lai is a Rinshi who holds the spirit of the Crow. He is good friends with his partner Carden and they both serve Carnisoar. He serves as one of two main antagonists of the episode "Blind Leading the Blind".
History[]
Bai Lai and Carden both served Carnisoar. Bai Lai used the crow fight style. He emulates aggressive airborne moves with his broadsword. Bai Lai is dark-colored and has an extended left wing, complimenting Carden's light coloring and right wing. Bai Lai also has a skull-like face. Bai Lai and Carden were summoned by Carnisoar, who ordered them to destroy Ocean Bluff.
Bai Lai and Carden were sent to gather the fear of people and destroy the city. They attacked the city and easily defeated the Rangers. Then they enlarged and defeated Jungle Pride Megazord, using their ability to fly. They left.
Then they returned and easily fought with Casey and Lily, while Theo trained with Master Swoop. But then Theo returned and defeated the monsters using the Jungle Fan.
They grew again and the Rangers formed the Jungle Pride Megazord and combined it with the Bat Animal Spirit, giving it the ability to fly. Carden was defeated by the Megazord and Bai Lai was destroyed by the Swoop Attack.

Just like Carden, Bai Lai is a cunning and ruthless Rinshi. They will stop at nothing on their mission to destroy the city. However they are genuinely faithful to Carnisoar and were shown to be good friends with each other.

- Filth Storm: The user grabs his/her victim and then flies high up before hurling the victim down to the ground (often into a pile of garbage).
- Lightning Generation: Like Carden, Bai Lai can generate lightning.
- Enlarging: Bai Lai is able to enlarge himself at will.
Abilities[]
- Superhuman Strength: Bai Lai possesses extreme strength and could easily defeat the Power Rangers at first but then he was defeated when the Rangers obtained the Jungle Fan.
- Flight: Bai Lai can fly and attack his enemies from a big height.
- Wicked Spinning Encounter: Users hurl their dart-like feathers at the victims
- Destroying Red-Top Kick: Users perform a simultaneous high-flying kick at the victim, in the same spot.

- Bai Lai and Carden are the first Rinshi to serve an Overlord.
- Bai Lai was one of the Rinshi that never returned for the final battle along with Mantor, Buffalord, Slickagon, Crustaceo, Carden, Pangolin, Monkeywi, Hamhock, Porcupongo, Crocovile, Cheese McAllister, Barakouzza, Mog, Whirnado, Whiricane, the Black Shadow Guard, and the White Shadow Guard.
- They are the first Rinshi that fought with the Jungle Pride Megazord with Bat Power.
- Both Bai Lai and Carden are the first Rinshi Beasts to not have Rinshi Forms.
