Badley (バッドリー Baddorī) is the leader of the Bakut Pirates and one of the four main antagonists of Kaizoku Sentai: Ten Gokaiger. He assumed to a false identity named Hiroto Hattori (服部 博人 Hattori Hiroto).[1][2]

- Shapeshifting: As part of the Bakut Pirates' Modus Operandi, he is able to disguise himself as a native of the planet that he and his fellow Bakut Pirates had targeted in order to inflitrate said planet's power structure as well as subsequently destroy it. For example, when he was hiding among Earth's populace, he was able to disguise himself as a human.

Badley is portrayed by Tsuyoshi Matsubara (松原 剛志 Matsubara Tsuyoshi) who performs the Gokaiger theme song and voiced Pachin in Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger the Movie: The Flying Ghost Ship.
