Avataro Sentai Donbrothers meets Senpaiger (暴太郎戦隊ドンブラザーズ meets センパイジャー Abatarō Sentai Donburazāzu mītsu Senpaijā) is a web-special for Avataro Sentai Donbrothers. It features the debut of the Senpaigers as a new group of veteran Super Sentai warriors, as well as Don Momotaro's transformation into their base Ranger form.
The short was produced to promote the then-upcoming Zenkaiger vs. Kiramager vs. Senpaiger film featuring the showcased veteran Reds.
Synopsis[]
What's up with all those transformations, DON Momotaro!? Avatar Changes into veteran heroes! How many of them you DON't know?
Don Momotaro appears with Dodon under the attack of Shisotsu demons and Anoni! Don Momotaro is a senior of Super Sentai, named "Senpaiger", and changes avatars one after another with Avataro Gear! The attacks unique to each squadron are exploding!
Plot[]
Haruka Kitou is assaulted by Anoni but Don Momotaro enters in. Haruka thinks he's her My Hero, but Taro explains there is no such thing, and that heroes are those who save everyone. An infuriated Haruka asks for him to save her from the Anoni.
Taro then proceeds to change into past heroes, with Haruka explaining. He transforms into Gokai Red, Red Buster, Kyoryu Red, ToQ 1gou, AkaNinger, Zyuoh Eagle, Shishi Red, Lupin Red, Patren 1gou, Ryusoul Red, Kiramai Red and finally Zenkaizer, beating up the Anoni.
He tells then Haruka that no matter the heroes we turn into, no matter who does it, this person will be an Avataro, and Haruka is, indeed, an Avataro. Deciding to help Taro, she transforms into Oni Sister and finishes a Hitotsuki with him.
Continuity and Placement[]
- This special takes place after Don 15 as the Donbrothers have the Avataro Gears from Gokaiger to Zenkaiger (they had all the Gears back in Don 13, but the events of the aforementioned episode also put Taro out of commission until two episodes later).
