History[]
A famous phantom thief from France, he is said to gathered some mysterious treasures that was later called the Lupin Collection.
Some time in the past, he adopted orphan Noel Takao, and taught him how to modify the collection, gifting him the X Trains in the process. However, the collection storage cave soon was under siege by the Interdimensional Crime Group Gangler, a crime syndicate from another dimension. During the raid, Arsène was murdered by the leader of the Ganglers, Dogranio Yaboon. By the time the now-adult Noel arrived, the only things he found in the cave were the flaming wreckage of the shelves and his father’s corpse, screaming in grief at his loss. This traumatic event lead to Noel desiring to re-collect the artifacts and eventually, revive him. TV STORY-Number 44: The Truth Found
