These are the list of pranks played on April Fools' Day regarding the Super Sentai Series and Power Rangers.

Power Rangers

Mauve Ranger

For 2011, the fake Mauve Ranger was promoted as joining the Power Rangers Samurai on Power Rangers Facebook.

Morphume

For 2012, Morphume, a fake perfume based off the five Samurai Rangers, was promoted on powerrangers.com

Saban's megaphone

For 2013, Saban's megaphone, a mobile phone based on the Gosei Morpher from Power Rangers Megaforce, was promoted on powerrangers.com

Power Rangers Energy Chaser

In April 2014, Power Rangers Energy Chasers will be aired on Vortexx.

SPD Black

Tokunation revealed an "SPD Black Ranger" as part of a "Legacy Bandai collectors set", when in actuality it was part of a Chinese knock off toy set sold in dollar stores.[2]

Power Rangers Nine Force

For April Fools Day 2017, it was announced Kyuranger was going to be adapted in April 2018 as Power Rangers Nine Force, and was going to air on the Nickelodeon.[3]

Power Rangers/Transformers

Tokusatsu Network revealed that due to the partnership between Hasbro and Takara Tomy and the recent acquisition of Power Rangers to Hasbro's toy licenses, Power Rangers and Transformers would combine in the form of Power Ranger themed Transformers. This was proven to be fake due to the low quality fanart drawings of the "toys".[4]

Super Sentai Villains

In 2018, a trailer was released for the new series Super Sentai Villains, featuring Mele (Yuka Hirata), Juzo Fuwa (Mitsuru Karahashi), Basco ta Jolokia (Kei Hosogai), Escape (Ayame Misaki). As it turned out, they were actually guest starring in the movie Uchu Sentai Kyuranger vs. Space Squad.[5]
