Armor of Darkness

Main article: Armor of Darkness

A suit of armor from Dino Earth that turns its owner into a monster bent on destroying everything in sight, passing to the one who defeats its wielder. After defeating Asuka, Geilton came into possession of the armor. He used it to try to kill Asuka on Another-Earth but was beaten by the newly formed Abaranger team. He later made a second attempt, but after Yukito arrived to rejoin the team Geilton was mortally wounded by the newly formed Dino Bomber. After Anomalogaris was destroyed by AbarenOh, Geilton, knowing he can't carry on, allows himself to die at Jeanne's hands to pass the armor on to her.

While he wields the standard weapons that comes with the armor (sword & shield), he also wielded a giant black axe with the same motif as the armor.

Main article: Neo-Geildon

Neo-Geildon is an evil "embodiment clone" created by Space War God Burodosu in the film Zyuden Sentai Kyoryuger vs. Go-Busters: Dinosaur Great Battle! Farewell, Eternal Friends. Not the original Darkness Messenger Geildon, he is an evil embodiment of the regret of the Evolian in their failure to defeat the Abarangers in the past.

Behind the scenes

Mizuho is portrayed by Masashi Kagami (加々美正史 Kagami Masashi), as a child, he was portrayed by Yuki Saho (佐保 祐樹 Saho Yūki) and Hidenori (秀規). When donning the Armor of Darkness, like all of its wearers, he is portrayed by suit actor Yoshinori Okamoto (岡本美登 Okamoto Yoshinori).

  • Geilton has the shortest amount of time wearing the Armor of Darkness, only wearing it for two episodes.
  • When wearing the Armor of Darkness, Geilton somehow wields a black-colored ax with a similar theme to it despite the armor only coming with a sword in its left leg sheath. It is unknown what happens to the ax after he died as Jeanne and Asuka both wielded the sword instead. It is possible that the ax was Geilton's own weapon and he used it alongside the Armor of Darkness.
  • He is the only person known to die after the destruction of an Anamalogaris while others have survived such as the core Abarangers (mainly because they are the ones who destroy them), Mahoro, and Asuka
