Allspark Pictures is the film division arm of the American toy company Hasbro and a subsidy of its Hasbro Studios media division created in 2017. The company's name is derived from a fictional sacred object in the Transformers franchise. The studio incorporates two parts, a live action film division and Allspark Animation, the film studio's animation department. Its primary function according to Hasbro Studios is to create an entertainment arm that can rival Marvel Studios.[1]
