Akira Ishida (石田 彰 Ishida Akira) is a Japanese actor and voice actor.
He is best known for his roles in anime and video games such as Gaara in Naruto and Naruto: Shippūden, Chrono in Chrono Crusade 2003 Anime & Happinet Drama CDs, Athrun Zala in Gundam SEED, Kaworu Nagisa in Neon Genesis Evangelion, Cologne
in Heartcatch Pretty Cure!, and Zeref Dragneel in Fairy Tail.
In Super Sentai, he voiced Fierce Beast Fly-Fist Bae in Juken Sentai Gekiranger and the Uchu King Dagded Dujardin[2] in Ohsama Sentai King-Ohger. He also previously voiced Wicked Dragon Dembey in GoGo Sentai Boukenger.
He also voiced Conner McKnight (Red Dino Ranger) in the Japanese dub of Power Rangers S.P.D..
