Aisha Campbell is the Yellow Ranger of the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers. An armored warrior, The Yellow Ranger had the power of the Sabertooth Tiger channeled through her Power Morpher and Power Coin, she later gains the Ninjetti Power, becoming the Yellow Bear Ninjetti of the Ninjettis.
History[]
When the Command Center was destroyed, the Rangers were forced to teleport to Phaedos in order to retrieve the Great Power with the last remaining power of the Command Center, to the dying Zordon's protests.
Once there, she and the other Rangers meet Dulcea, who once learning of their mentor Zordon's plight, helps them tap into the power of the Ninjetti, where Aisha learned that in her is an animal spirit waiting to be released - hers being the Bear. As Ninjetti, she and the Rangers travel to the Monolith in order to retrieve the Great Power. Though waylaid by the Gatekeepers, Aisha and the others manage to access the Monolith, which also bore the Bear symbol among its many creature emblems. It's here where Aisha gained the power of the Bear Ninjazord. The Zords return the Rangers' powers and Aisha finds herself clad in her familiar Ranger armor with the Bear's symbol now emblazoned on her chest.
She returned to Angel Grove with the other Rangers to battle Ivan Ooze and emerged victorious when she pressed the emergency button for the Megazord to knee Ivan in the groin forcing him to release his grip and forcing him into the comet's path. With her Ninjetti power, she, along with the other Rangers managed to revive the dying Zordon, reconstruct his plasma tube and return the Command Center to a fully-functioning state.

Dino Charger[]
As part of NYCC 2015, Bandai released an exclusive Dino Charge Mighty Morphin' Movie Charger set with each Dino Charger depicting four pictures.[1] In Mighty Morphin' Yellow's case, it featured her Ranger form, the Power Beams, the Bear NinjaZord, and the MMPR Movie title.
Notes[]
- Like the TV series, Aisha's costume design was based on the Zyurangers, like the rest of the Rangers. Specifically, Aisha's costume was based on TigerRanger. However it bore the chest symbol, unlike the show, but much like the Power Rangers toyline figures and early promotional art.
- Her 'new' Bear powers and Zord were based from the TV show Ninja Sentai Kakuranger.
- Karan Ashley reported being very uncomfortable constantly wearing a sweatshirt (despite it being paired with shorts) in the hot Australian tropics.
- In 2017, vinyl toy company The Loyal Subjects produced a series of Action Vinyls based on the 1995 film, with blind boxes containing either a figure, or a Zord with a corresponding minifigure.[2][3] What is notable is that while the figures and minifigures are based on the film (and therefore include Aisha, Adam, and Rocky instead of Trini, Zack, and Jason) the Zords are based on the Dinozords instead of the Ninjazords, an unusual choice as the replacement Rangers never operated the Dinozords on the show. If one considers this canonical, then it would mean that in the 1995 movie universe, the Dinozords were never destroyed (until the film) or transformed into Thunderzords.
- Aisha's Ranger costume was once on display alongside Kimberly's at the Planet Hollywood shop in Disney's Hollywood Studios before it closed permanently.
- The Loyal Subjects' profile card for Aisha references the events of The Ninja Encounter, mentioning that she, Rocky and Adam came from Stone Canyon High School and was "rescued from a foiled kidnapping attempt by Lord Zedd." However, it doesn't mention that she replaced Trini. If one considers this canonical as well, then it could mean that either Aisha, Rocky and Adam were replacement Rangers in this universe similar to the TV series, or (given the limited backstory info provided by the cards and the film) it could be the Rangers were first formed during this incident.
- The opening narration states that Zordon and Alpha 5 chose six teenagers to become the Rangers. However, it's unknown how this statement relates to the second batch of Rangers from the show - Rocky, Adam and Aisha.
